Refund Policy
House of Glow ("we," "us," or "our") stands behind its products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
30-Day Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email houseofglow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship any product back before you have received a return authorization and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns, and packages sent to any address without our written instructions, cannot be processed or refunded.
Return Shipping Is the Customer's Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping a product back to us. This return-shipping cost is separate from your order and is not refunded. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for a return that is lost or undelivered in transit and is not received by us.
Condition and Refund
Products must be returned in accordance with the instructions we provide. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount you paid us for your order. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at houseofglow@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In these cases we will make it right at no additional cost to you, and no return shipping charge will apply.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept or refund:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items returned without a return authorization or not sent according to our instructions.
- Claims submitted without a valid order number.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at houseofglow@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
